Samira Pizarro is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to motivating change, creating healthier habits, and building a safe space for clients. Samira works with patients ages 18-65 and uses several different therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). With Samira, you will explore what your values are and find ways to use those values to stay committed to your goals. She has direct experience working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, self-confidence issues, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions (i.e starting college, moving, marriage/divorce). She plays video games in her free time, including Pokemon, Zelda, and Mario.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.

Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
