About Stephanie

Stephanie’s counseling style is warm and compassionate. She believes in treating everyone with respect. Her ultimate goal is to help individuals create happier, healthier lives.

She treats ages 12 to 65 and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, as well as helping clients build up their coping skills, navigate peer and intimate relationships, build self-esteem, and manage stress. Stephanie’s clinical experience includes providing inpatient psychiatric services and outpatient telehealth services. In sessions, Stephanie uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral interventions, and motivational interviewing.

About Angeli

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past.
