Stephanie’s therapeutic style is adaptable to each client’s personality, ranging from warm, respectful, and direct to encouraging clients with comic relief. She prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space so clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences can build a life worth living.
Stephanie has experience assisting clients with exploring their values, creating appropriate goals with a compassionate lens, identifying unhelpful beliefs and unhealthy behaviors, increasing their healthy coping skills, and identifying their strengths to improve their overall wellness. She aims to provide a safe space where clients can increase self-awareness and build on their existing skill sets as they improve their lives. She uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, solution brief focused, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered.
