Stephanie’s therapeutic style is adaptable to each client’s personality, ranging from warm, respectful, and direct to encouraging clients with comic relief. She prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space so clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences can build a life worth living.
Stephanie has experience assisting clients with exploring their values, creating appropriate goals with a compassionate lens, identifying unhelpful beliefs and unhealthy behaviors, increasing their healthy coping skills, and identifying their strengths to improve their overall wellness.
