About Colette
Colette Lipem is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Colette is a compassionate, open-minded provider who tries to meet her patients at their level as they work to restore balance and harmony in their lives. Thanks to the stigmas surrounding mental health in our culture, many patients feel embarrassed or fearful when seeking help. Colette counters this stigma with an empathetic approach. She provides a safe, judgment-free zone where her patients can express their deepest feelings. Her mission is to support her patients, enabling them to cultivate a better quality of life. Colette provides therapy for patients ages 18-65 who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, insomnia, and stress. While she does provide medication management, she prefers to use talk therapy before bringing medication into the mix. Outside of work, Colette enjoys watching boxing and soccer games. She speaks English and French.
