About Jennifer
Jennifer Beach is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Jennifer is committed to meeting her patients where they are on their journeys and helping them improve their lives. She has worked with underserved populations in rural and urban settings, complex trauma survivors, BIPOC individuals, and LBGTQ+ individuals. Her approach is trauma-informed and factors in how social determinants of healthcare impact individuals. Jennifer provides medication management combined with light therapy.
When needed, she provides recommendations for more in-depth therapy for lasting healing. Her goal is to foster lasting personal growth and goal attainment for her patients. Jennifer works with patients ages 18-65 and provides medication management for anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), peer relationships, relationship issues, self-esteem problems, sleep, insomnia, stress, divorce, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, and mood disorders. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys working on renovations, interior design, and refurbishing furniture. She also loves nature and often goes on family hikes, camping trips, or fishing trips.

About Angeli
Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
