Tamara Henry is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Tamara’s goal is to improve her patients’ quality of life by helping them make healthier choices and use better coping skills. She is empathetic, compassionate, respectful, and an active listener. She encourages her patients to take the lead in their care. Tamara combines medication management with an integrative, holistic approach that prioritizes collaboration. She incorporates mindfulness into her appointments. Tamara works with patients ages 6-64 and provides medication management for ADHD, anxiety, maladaptive coping skills, depression, insomnia, stress, and PTSD. Outside of work, Tamara loves to travel, try new things, and learn new customs and traditions while meeting new people.

Angeli Pemberton is a licensed mental health coun-selor. Angeli’s approach is warm, compassionate, andpatient-centered. This DBT-informed therapist helpspatients become more empowered by teachingthem skills to manage their emotions and increasemindfulness. Angeli works especially well with indi-viduals who may not have felt safe, loved, or validatedin their relationships in the past. Her background intreating patients provides her with a unique frame-work that helps her guide individuals in exploringtheir issues’ root causes.
Angeli treats patients ages 18-55. She specializes intreating depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges,relationship issues, and stress related to life transi-tions (career changes, parenting challenges, divorce,etc.). Angeli uses a psychodynamic approach to helppatients explore their past and gain self-awarenesswhen needed. She also uses solution-focused,strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapyapproaches to alleviate symptoms. In her spare time,Angeli loves to write and play music. She grew up inTrinidad and Tobago.
